Like all Texans, we are devastated by the news of the lives and homes lost in the Central and South Texas floods this weekend. Here are some ways to help victims and first responders

Donate Supplies

Bring diapers, baby food, baby and children’s clothes, batteries, phone chargers, food and water, cleaning and clean-up supplies, personal hygiene products.

Mental Health Resources

Nick Finnegan Counseling CenterWill be hosting a free conversation on Thursday, July 10 titled “Walking through Tragedy” at St. Luke’s Methodist Church, which will provide tips on helping children cope with PTSD and anxiety. Bo’s Place will also be onsite offering extra support. 
National Child Traumatic Stress Network – Offers helpful information for parents and caregivers to help affected children.
