Renaissance Systems Inc. Promotes Trish Kapos to Channel Chief

AUSTIN, TX, April 7, 2021 – Renaissance Systems, Inc., RSI, a managed security services firm for compliance, cybersecurity and secure IT, has promoted Trish Kapos to Channel Chief to lead the firm’s rapidly growing agent channel. Kapos presently serves as RSI’s VP of Sales & Marketing. As Channel Chief, she will further develop strategic alliances within its growing partner base and retain marketing responsibilities.

Though RSI has been delivering custom software and IT for four decades, they entered the channel in early 2019 with a modern approach to compliance and cybersecurity assessments.  Joining in mid-2019, Kapos swiftly rebranded the near 40-year-old company and built the company’s sales operations and partner-centric program to support the master agent channel. Due to high demand of its compliance services, RSI refined its processes and added several other security offerings such as Third-Party Risk Management, Security Architecture Services, and Cybersecurity Program Management . As Channel Chief, Kapos will assist channel partners in developing comprehensive cybersecurity practices.

With more than 25 years’ experience in technology sales and marketing, Kapos started her channel career at AT&T. Prior to RSI, Kapos’ most recent channel positions have been in marketing leadership for Telarus and MicroCorp. “Trish’s deep understanding of the channel and her keen ability to execute has been critical to RSI’s enormous growth,” shared RSI CEO, David Burgeson.  “Her empathic approach to helping RSI’s channel partners has equally contributed to their successes as well.”
